Here I sit, here I sleep.
Emotions within run deep, deep, deep.
Each day is tainted by the taste of bittersweet.
The road ahead is bright, but darkness guides my feet.

A gentle whisper greets my ear."
The weight of your world is on MY shoulders...
Put your trust in me, and you'll never falter."
Eyes raised and hands held highI
felt a sense of peace and started to cry.
Adversity builds character, and character is
The one thing you control in the life that you live.
No matter the struggles that life may bring,
There's one reason to live; Christ is King.
So cling to the truth and keep your eyes focused right
And as you travel the road, you'll be close to the light.
